Dorado or Mahi Mahi can change the intensity of their colors, but this usually fades soon after they are caught. Male Dorado or Mahi Mahi, often called “Bulls,” have a large, flat forehead. They grow larger than females, which are called “Cows.” Most fish that weigh more than 25 pounds are male. Dorado fishing is like a trip to the rodeo: hang on for the ride and prepare for some wild acrobatics!
